OUR REFUND POLICY

We understand that plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you. Take a moment to familiarise yourself with our refund policy:

15+ business days before an event
You’re eligible for a full refund.

14 — 11 business days before an event
You’ll receive a partial credit note to use toward a future event, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Within 10 business days of the event
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund or credit note at this stage.

As a small business, we work closely with our incredible suppliers to bring our events to life. Many of these partnerships involve upfront commitments, like deposits and contracts, which limits our flexibility. We appreciate your understanding.

Refunds may be considered in extenuating or emergency circumstances, assessed on a case-by-case basis. We're always here to help and will do our best to sweeten the situation where possible.
